Players will get to check out seven new levels plus dive into all the action with fan favorite Pale Wing, giving players the power to soar high over buildings in her jet pack and cause massive destruction from above.”

More About Earth Defense Force 2017
Known in Japan as Chikyu Boueigun 3, EDF 2017 is a third-person shooter game that follows Global Defense Force.
It is set in 2013, wherein radio waves from deep space were picked up by scientists; thus, proving to humans that they are not alone in the universe. In relation to this, almost every country in the planet sponsored a unified multinational military called Earth Defense Force a few years later, in case the aliens were proven to be hostile.
EDF ground forces are formed into three basic groups: Scout Teams, Ranger Teams and Storm Teams. Each team fulfills recon, infantry and special ops function respectively. There are hundreds of thousands of soldiers stationed in every continent, and they are supplied with the latest weapons and equipments.
The first extra terrestrial contact was made in 2017 when hundreds of UFOs hover over the major cities across the world. Although the aliens—called Ravagers—made no aggressive intentions at first, giant acid-spitting insects that resemble ants started appearing on the planet and attacking humans.
What’s cool about this game is that players can access more than 150 weapons to help save the planet. The said weapons ranges from assault rifles, sniper rifles, rocket launchers, to grenades and laser weapons.
