Who Knows Footwear? Nike Re-releasing Bo Jackson Sneaks

Who was one of my heroes growing up?

This guy.

Who is Nike celebrating (or milking if you prefer) this fall?

This same guy.

If you haven’t heard, Nike announced back this summer that they would be re-releasing some Bo Jackson kicks.

Well, the Nike Air Trainer SC High “Bo Jackson’s” have dropped. And, I gotta admit, damn they’re cool. It’s not too often that I say, “I need those sneakers,” but I will for these.

The retro sneakers look pretty much like the ones from the earlier 90′s. The color scheme matches up to Bo’s former NFL team the Raiders. However, this time around, they added his #34 on the back of the heel.

Bo Jackson actually made me like the L.A. Raiders back in the day, then they moved back to Oakland and things kinda went downhill. So, seeing those sneakers makes me want to dig up my Raiders Zubaz.
