		<description>Wow, give the guy a break. He wrote his theory, and you beat his butt. Unless you all have facts to work with that say he is wrong, I say leave him alone. A lot of his points are spot on. I don&#039;t know about the fact he claims we knock off immediately. But I have no proof other than my gut feeling.

Science has come out with proof that parts of your brain begin to fall asleep, and so you slowly fall asleep when you hit the tipping over point, and the same thing for waking up. That&#039;s why everyone is groggy in the mornings after being woken, because large parts of your brain need to catch up.</description>
