Unless you’ve been living in a cave (and not many caves have an internet connection, so since you’re reading this we’re pretty sure you haven’t), odds are you’re familiar with Adriana Lima, the 28-year-old Brazilian beauty best known as one of the Victoria’s Secret Angels.
As it happens, as a child she intended to be dealing with a much different form of angels, studying to become a nun before God realized what a crime against humanity that would be and stepped in to put her on the much more appropriate path of modeling lingerie. We owe you one, big guy.
Believe it or not, Adriana claims that she didn’t get her first kiss until age 17 and was a virgin until she got married, which happened earlier this year when she wed Serbian born NBA player Marko Jaric in one of the all-time “how the hell did he pull that off” marriages in history.
She also speaks four languages and is famous for her charity work, accomplishments that for most of us rank just a tad below her numerous appearances on various “Sexiest Women Alive” lists.
